Client's Charter


Will provide counter service and other services in a trustworthy and efficient manner.

Will ensure the payment process involving all bills and complete claims are received no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

Will ensure that the assessed tax and rent charged are fair, reasonable and reasonable.
