Rental Procedure

For Reservations / Rental Of Equipment

1. Currently all reservation/rental is through a formal application or by filling out a reservation form
2. Bookings for function equipment rental must be made ONE (1) WEEK in advance except for certain cases.
3. All applications for booking/rental must be paid in advance at least THREE (3) DAYS prior to the date of use.
4. The Council reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice if there is a need for the Council to use it.
